WHAT THE CUSTOM FRAME PROCESS LOOKS LIKE:
When working on custom orders, we seek out as much available information, via internet submission form or project start up conversation; which can be live over the phone or in person at our factory office.
Next we consolidate all discussed details on to a project tracking form. And when posible, we forward these details via email, including component sample images, back to the customer so everybody is on the same page as we move forward.
And the last part of the process, the design stage, results in finalization of all creative/design details, delivery timing and project pricing. This all can be completed within one or two conversations and/or one visit to our factory office. Email and Contact Information is only used to secure/confirm project specifications and project documentation.
WE NEVER HAVE AND NEVER WILL SHARE CUSTOMER EMAIL AND/OR CONTACT INFORMATION.
